The 2007 IFSA Strongman World Championship was held in Geumsan, South Korea, during the 27th Geumsan Insam Festival. Geumsan produces high quality ginseng. Ginseng is well known as a healthy substance. Especially Korean ginseng, Insam, contains many different kinds of Saponin, which is a substance that strengthens the body's immune system. Insam looks like human. If you eat Insam, you may get stronger like those strongmen in the championship.
